Uncorked Food and Wine Festival to Feature Southern Living

from Coastal Uncorked today announced that Southern Living will
be featured at the inaugural food and wine festival taking place
May 16-23, 2010.
Southern Living is the country's fifth largest monthly consumer
magazine based on readership. The magazine connects busy Southern
women to the traditions and gracious way of life they cherish
and helps them cultivate their own Southern style.
"We are absolutely thrilled to feature Southern Living
at the festival. The magazine's presence gives our event the
credibility it deserves," said Heidi Vukov, owner of Croissants
Bistro & Bakery and Coastal Uncorked spokesperson. "Southern
Living will host a special food presentation during the weekend
and 16 million Southern Living readers will be introduced to
the event through promotion in the magazine."

Coastal Uncorked Food & Wine Festival is the Myrtle Beach,
S.C. area's premier food and wine festival planned for May 16-23,
2010. The festival will feature a restaurant week; a wine tasting
trolley tour of Myrtle Beach; outdoor entertainment at Market
Common, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and Broadway
at the Beach; the Coastal Uncorked Golf Tournament; and the
Coastal Uncorked Food Fight fundraiser. All funds raised during
the festival will be used for future events and a portion will
be donated to the Horry Georgetown Technical College Culinary
School and the Clay Brittain Hospitality Program at Coastal
Carolina University.
